Julie Feng is a poet, cultural worker, and Ph.D. candidate in Communication at the University of Washington. As a public interest scholar, she researches cultural resistance with a focus on art, digital networks, decoloniality, and social movements.

She also serves as the Director of Communications for Scholar Fund,  supporting resources for communities of color and immigrant communities.
